Mr. Mayank Holani is a Chartered Accountant with over 2 decades of experience in different companies, specializing in finance controlling, business partnering, cost management and optimization, finance transformation, internal audit, etc. Prior to joining ISRPL, he has worked with organizations like Cairn Energy, Chambal Fertilisers, JK Tyres, etc. and most recently he was working with Schneider Electric India for last 12 years where in the most recent role, he was CFO of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Yen, Shih-Chieh is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Business Expert, especially in the field of SBR. He has over a decade of experience in Synthetic Rubber manufacturing and extensive experience of more than seven years in Plant Management. Prior to joining ISRPL, he was working at TSRC Plant at Kaohsiung as SBR Plant Manager.
