With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Management, Mr. Tsu Ti Liu currently serves as Vice President within the Synthetic Rubber Division at TSRC Corporation. In this pivotal role, he is entrusted with optimizing the division's performance and spearheading strategic developments. Furthermore, he meticulously oversees subsidiary operations, ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards and strategic directives.
Mr. Kizhakkekalam Jayapal is an Electrical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. He is employed as Chief General Manager (Projects) with Indian Oil Corporation Limited a diversified, integrated energy major with presence in all streams of Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals and Alternative energy sources and ranked 94th in the Fortune Global 500 list of companies for 2023. Mr. K Jayapal has more than 30 years of vast experience in the Refining and Petrochemical industry including Captive Power Plant operations, maintenance, and projects. He has worked at Indian Oil’s Refineries at Haldia, Mathura and Naphtha Cracker Petrochemical complex at Panipat as well as at the Refineries Headquarters. He has wide knowledge of the Petroleum & Petrochemical operations and business. He has a rich experience in planning and execution of various turnarounds in Refineries and Petrochemical plant and has contributed to improving reliability of Power & Utility systems. He also has considerable experience in project management, from conceptualization to commissioning. During his tenure as Chief General Manager (Project Planning) at Refineries Head Quarters he was instrumental in making systemic improvements in the monitoring and control of all planned projects of Refineries division involving Refinery expansions, new Petrochemical plants, Alternative energy projects worth over one lakh crore Rupees for completion within scheduled time and cost.
Mr. Mewa Lal Dahriya is a Mechanical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Raipur. He has more than 3 decades of rich experience in Refining operation and maintenance, having worked at IndianOil’s refineries at Mathura, Haldia and Panipat as well as at the Refineries Headquarters.
Mr. Dahriya has extensive experience in execution of various turnaround of refineries, trouble shooting of rotating equipments. Before his elevation as Executive Director (Technical) Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex, he was heading the M&I (Maintenance and Inspection) section of Refinery Headquarters, New Delhi where he was instrumental in streamlining of various functions of M&I section including coordination for resolving of long pending issues and restoration of equipment in refineries.
Mr. Dahriya, has also overseas experience of planning and execution of complete turnaround of refineries within shutdown schedule and expenditure. He was also instrumental in completion of Mega shutdown including major revamp of DHDS & Prime-G unit of Mathura Refinery for production of BS-VI, MS & HSD well before Govt. of India timelines.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar is a distinguished Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and holds a degree in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Prior to joining Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL), he gained valuable professional experience with Salarpuria Jajodia & Company. Since joining IOCL, a Fortune 500 organization, in 1994, he has built an illustrious career spanning over three decades, contributing extensively across multiple refinery locations as well as in key corporate functions such as Pricing, Optimization, and Internal Audit.
Over the years, he has held several Leadership Roles within IOCL and is widely recognized for his strategic foresight, strong Project Management capabilities, and sharp business acumen, complemented by a growth-oriented mindset and effective problem-solving abilities. Currently serving as Executive Director (Finance) for the Refineries Division, he oversees the finance function for nine refineries along with the Refineries Headquarters of IndianOil.
With his extensive professional experience, Mr. Sanjay Kumar has developed strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Insurance Management, Optimization and Audit. His capabilities further extend to strategic Financial Forecasting, Margin Enhancement, Risk Mitigation, Regulatory Compliance and data-driven financial decision-making. He also brings significant experience in overseeing large capital projects, managing key stakeholder relationships, leveraging digital financial systems including SAP, and leading high-performing teams. A forward-looking and dynamic leader, he continues to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth across the organization.
Mr. Wang, Wen-Yuan is a veteran in financial fields and has an extensive background in corporate finance, corporate governance, investment banking and venture capital. Prior to joining TSRC, He was the Interim CFO of HTC, a global smart phone and virtual reality brand leader, where he oversaw HTC’s financial strategy, investor relationship and commercial decisions. Prior to that, Wang, Wen-Yuan had more than 15 year experience in direct investment and investment banking. He successfully invested into more than 50 companies across Taiwan, China, Singapore and the USA, and divested with a sound return to investors. Wang, Wen-Yuan started his career as an industry analyst in investment banking field, and had helped more than eight companies from different industries successfully went for IPOs in Taiwan Stock Exchange or raised funding from capital market.
Wang, Wen-Yuan received his MBA from Tunghai University, and hold BS of Industry Engineering from Tunghai University.

His expertise spans Industrial Safety, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Strategy Planning, Risk Management, Cost Control and Operational Excellence. He excels in leveraging data-driven methodologies and the Six Sigma improvement framework to foster cross-functional collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and enhance operational efficiency.
As Vice President-Operations at TSRC, Brian Hsu oversees critical functions including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, engineering, and HSE. He ensures consistent resource allocation, capacity planning, and governance across all operational sites, strengthening organizational resilience and competitiveness.
Before joining TSRC, Brian Hsu spent more than two decades with Elementis Specialties, a UK public listed company, managing plant operations and business collaboration across Asia. This experience has equipped him with a global perspective and proven leadership in complex, multi-market environments.
Brian Hsu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
